Where are you located, and what areas do you serve?

We’re based in Mississauga and serve the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Travel fees may apply, so please contact us for details. We’re also willing to travel to further locations upon request!

Is a deposit required to book?

Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. This can be paid via E-Transfer or PayPal. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event by the same method or in cash to the performer at the end of the performance. Please note we do not accept electronic payment on the day of your event.

What do I need to provide for the performer?

We ask that you provide a chair for the performer and a clear space large enough for all the children to move around during the activities. This helps ensure everyone can enjoy the magic safely and comfortably! Your performer will bring everything else they need, including music and activities.

What if I need to reschedule my party?

We’re happy to reschedule your event if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Just reach out, and we’ll do our best to find a new date that works! In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is not refundable but can be applied to a new booking within the same calendar year.

How many guests can I have at my party?

Our program works best with 5-15 children, but we can accommodate up to 20. If you have a larger group, such as for summer camps or special events, contact us for a custom package tailored to your needs.

Do you do more than birthday parties?

Absolutely! We love bringing magic to pool parties, weddings, holiday parties, festivals, markets, charity events, corporate events, school fairs, and more. No matter the occasion, we’ll make it extra special!

Can I request a specific performer?

While we can't guarantee the exact performer, we promise you'll have a highly trained, talented actor who will deliver a beautiful and magical experience. All our performers are experienced professionals who take great pride in their craft.

Should I be tipping my peformer?

Tipping is never required, but it’s always appreciated if you feel that your performer did an amazing job! Our performers put their hearts into making every event magical, and a tip is a lovely way to show your appreciation. Many families choose to tip around 15-20%, but it’s entirely up to you and what you feel comfortable with.
